General conditions of sale

Scope & Purpose of the general conditions of sale
These general terms and conditions of sale, hereinafter referred to as "GTC", govern all purchases made on and outside the PIXART SHOP sites. These conditions are valid for all purchases of products on and outside the PIXART SHOP sites.

Any order with PIXART SHOP implies prior acceptance without reservation of these T&Cs.

These General Terms and Conditions are valid and made available to customers on the PIXART SHOP websites, pixart-shop.com

The T&Cs may be modified at any time by PIXART SHOP. The T&Cs applicable to customers' orders are those in effect on the date the quote is signed and/or the order is validated.

PIXART SHOP product details
All products sold by La PIXART SHOP are certified as compliant with current legislation and all applicable standards in Europe & France. Each product offered is the subject of a complete description. Models & photographs on the pixart-shop.com website
are provided for information purposes only and have no contractual value.

All products sold by PIXART SHOP are offered within the limits of available stocks. In the event that a stock problem occurs during an order, the customer will be informed by email.

The order will be postponed if the product is unavailable for less than 4 days.

Beyond these 4 days, an alternative solution will be offered to the customer:
-switching to an equivalent product from another brand
-color change
– postpone the delivery date
Ordering process

There is one way to place an order at PIXART SHOP:
-validation & payment of an order directly on the siteOrders placed cannot be modified or cancelled without any reservation.

Payment
Any order validation must be followed by payment of the order in full or according to the terms defined with the sales representative for the production and shipping of the order.

Payment can be made by credit card, visa, paypal, amazon pay, applepay.

The order will not be put into production until full payment is received. Any delay in payment will result in additional delay in delivery.

The costs or free postage are only for mainland France. chorus pro.

PIXART-SHOP undertakes to deliver the products ordered by the customer within the specified timeframes except in exceptional cases. Delivery times may be extended due to:
any stock problem incident on the PIXART-SHOP machine park.

Transport problem (see article 6) public holiday.

PIXART-SHOP's liability ends with the dispatch of the order.

Once the order has been shipped, PIXART-SHOP is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, an incorrect address given, or a lack of personnel upon receipt of the delivery.

The carrier will send a tracking number to the customer to ensure proper delivery & PIXART-SHOP will give an estimate of the transport times after the order is shipped.

These conditions are sent before the production of each order to ensure that each condition is accepted.

For any order, the customer accepts that 3% of the products sold may have apparent defects. Beyond this, PIXART-SHOP is liable and a solution must be found: refund or replacement of the parts concerned.

 

10. Withdrawal

The customer does not have a legal right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L.121-20-2, 3° of the Consumer Code which states that: “The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, for contracts […] for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized […]”.

11. Personal data

All personal data given by the customer is kept and used by La PIXART-SHOP for the proper processing of the customer's order.
Personal data given with the customer's consent for the communication of promotional offers and communication on company events (newletters) are kept only for the purpose of communicating promotional offers and communicating on company events. The customer can unsubscribe from the mailing list from the email received.

PIXART-SHOP owns all visuals, photographs, presentations, market studies, models, videos that can be exchanged with the client and on social networks. Prior written authorization from PIXART-SHOP is required to use these media.
